Graduated from the Instituto América in 1994 as a Bachelor of Arts.

He has a degree in Philosophy and History, a degree obtained at the University of Panama. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Law and Political Science at the Universidad del Istmo.

12 years of experience processing in entities and ministries such as Public Registry, Ministry of Economy and Finance, Ministry of Government and Justice, among others. He is a respectful, kind, hard-working person with the facility to solve critical situations during the development of his work.
